Step 1 – Apply
Fill out the contact form and tell me about your training background, goals, and schedule.
Step 2 – We Talk
We’ll have a short consultation (in person or online) to make sure the fit is right and clarify your plan.
Step 3 – You Start Training
You receive your structured plan or book your sessions, and we get to work.

Do I need to compete to work with you?
No. Many clients train recreationally and simply want to get stronger, fitter, and more resilient.
I’m over 35. Is this too intense?
No. Training is adjusted to your level, recovery capacity, and experience. Longevity is a priority.
Can I combine BJJ and Strength & Conditioning?
Yes. Programming is built around your mat time, not in conflict with it.
How long before I see results?
Most people notice improvements in strength and conditioning within a few weeks. Long-term progress comes from consistency.
What if I have previous injuries?
We account for them. Training is structured to build resilience, not aggravate existing issues.

The Small Print
Session Policies
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.
If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
Package Validity
To keep scheduling fair and consistent:
5-session packs are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
10-session packs are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions outside of that period are forfeited.
This encourages consistency and keeps training structured.
Online Coaching Commitment
Online coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
Why?
Because real progress takes time. Three months allows us to:
Build a proper strength base
Adjust based on feedback
Track measurable improvement
After the initial 3 months, coaching continues month-to-month unless cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Communication
Coaching works when there’s consistency and communication from both sides. If something changes in your schedule, training, or health, let me know.
